According to the related decree of South Africa, Only when the wireless communication equipments which export to South Africa market after pass the model certification application and reviewed by Independent Communications Authority of South Africa, the products could be sold. 

The customers can provide testing reports issued by MORLAB for South Africa ICASA application, but what needs to pay attention is the ICASA certification only issue for South Africa the local registration company or the representative body, so the better way for domestic factories applies for ICASA by the local importer, and testing can complete in home.
